I think I see this every time I am on Pinterest.
It's a calzone ring. Looks simple enough, and honestly, I have only ever had a calzone one other time. The recipe, which comes from squidoo.com, is so easy and simple. Their recipe called for a homemade pizza dough, but seeing as I am lazy and like cooking to be pleasant, I bought a Pillsbury Pizza Crust. It was already in a rectangle shape, so it was perfect! I didn't take photo's of the step by step process, since you can get the full directions of the original website, but here is how mine turned out:
I also chopped up some veggies and made a salad to go with it
Yum Yum Yum!
Matt gave the Calzone two thumps up, and AC girl gave it an "I don't like it" and only ate her "cumbers" (cucumbers in 2 year old lingo).
I think it is definitely something I will be making again!

i've been eyeing this calzone. gonna have to try it. tomorrow i am going to try homemade pizza that i have pinned in pinterest. i already made the pizza sauce (also found on pinterest) but i haven't tasted it yet, it's in my fridge. i have high hopes. hopefully it will be as yummy as it looks on pinterest.
